Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Metropolitan France, the European Union, Réunion Island (French Overseas Territory), and the United States.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are managed through Sendcloud, which automatically selects the most suitable carrier based on your delivery address and the weight of your order (including Chronopost, FedEx, Colissimo, and others).
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon, CET) are processed the same business day, provided the items are in stock.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
When order volume allows, processing may be accelerated. If your order qualifies for faster shipping, you will receive an email confirmation.
Delivery Times (In-Stock Items)
Paris

24-hour delivery for pétanque boules, clothing, and accessories on orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are generally delivered within 48 hours (unless expedited processing is available).
Please note: The 24-hour express delivery service available in Paris and surrounding areas does not apply to orders that include engraved boules or any personalized products. These items require additional production time and will be shipped according to the standard delivery schedule. You will receive an email with the estimated shipping date after your order has been confirmed.
Metropolitan France (excluding Paris)
3–4 business days, depending on the carrier.
European Union
4–6 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier.
Réunion Island
5–15 business days, depending on transport conditions.
Out-of-Stock / Made-to-Order Products
Some products, particularly certain competition boules, may not be immediately available.
Please allow an additional 3–4 business days for these items to arrive at our warehouse before shipment.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Additional Lead Time for Engraved Products
Orders including engraving (boules, equipment, or any personalized item) require an additional 2–3 business days for production.
This production time is added to the standard shipping time and applies to all shipping methods, including express delivery.
Pétanque Sportif Clothing (Print-on-Demand)
Pétanque Sportif apparel is produced on demand to reduce waste.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for manufacturing and processing before your order is shipped.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Paris & Val-de-Marne Express Delivery (Selected Areas)
24-hour home delivery is available for orders of €50 or more containing in-stock boules, clothing, or accessories and placed before 12:00 PM.
Flat-rate shipping: €10, regardless of parcel weight.
Express delivery is subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted by email within 2 hours of placing your order. If no suitable alternative is available, all shipping charges will be fully refunded.

Free shipping on all Metropolitan France orders over €250.
Chronopost Pickup Point Delivery
After your order has been confirmed, you will be invited to choose your preferred Chronopost Pickup Point directly from the order confirmation page.
An interactive map will display the available pickup locations near you.
Selecting a pickup point is required to complete your delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment in real time through the Sendcloud tracking platform.
Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States are dispatched from France via FedEx International Connect Plus (home delivery).
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order:

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders valued below USD $800 are generally exempt from U.S. import duties, subject to applicable U.S. customs regulations.
