Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item, without providing any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at contact@petanquesportif.fr, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Returns sent without our prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused and unworn;

  • With all original tags attached;

  • In its original packaging;

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (including custom engravings and special orders);

  • Gift cards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@petanquesportif.fr and include a photo showing the issue.

We will cover the return shipping costs and, according to your preference, either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order separately. This is the fastest way to receive the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive your return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank first, then contact us at contact@petanquesportif.fr.

Returns & Refunds – Orders Shipped to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
