General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the Pétanque Sportif website.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are pétanque equipment (boules, accessories). The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Pétanque Sportif reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of validation.

Article 4 – Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during the order process.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments (secure payment). The debit is made at the time of order validation.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to mainland France. Delivery times are indicated during the order process. In case of delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. Return costs are at your expense.

Article 8 – Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

Article 9 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction. You can also resort to mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
